ELIGIBILITY MANAGEMENT
Issue authorized vouchers through a secure customer portal.
PROVIDER LOOK UP
Employees can search through 3,500 enrolled providers based on their home zip code using an online look up tool.
SCHEDULED FITTING
Employees schedule an appointment with a local provider (job site and virtual options also available). Employees must have an active prescription or may use vision insurance to obtain an active prescription.
PLACE ORDER
Our providers are trained and knowledgeable on safety eyewear. After a consultation and fitting, employees can pick the glasses that work best for them based on your company safety specifications and place an order.
PICK UP
Glasses will be ready within 10-14 days of order placement. Employees may return to eye care provider for pick up & final adjustments to ensure the proper fit
